EXERCISE 1 :  Write T next to each thesis statement below. Write NT if there is no thesis statement.

    #8 and #10 on the first exercise could work as thesis statements.#9 on part two is a very unified sentence. It might be good for you to review the PowerPoint on thesis statements again.
